These decadent chocolate balls are super easy to prep and perfect for party treats or a tasty dessert.
1 package tea biscuits (250g)
1 jar Lin's Farm Chocolate Date Spread with a touch of Mint
100g coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
For decoration: grated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, powdered sugar, crushed nuts.
Using a rolling pin, crush the package of tea biscuits into crumbs (in their closed packaging).
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan. Add the coconut oil and chocolate date spread, stirring constantly until dissolved. Remove from heat.
Add the crushed biscuits and mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour (or chill in the freezer for 30 mins).
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Roll the balls through the decoration of your choice: coconut, sprinkles, powdered sugar or nuts.
Keep refrigerated until serving time.
